The Into Within Meditation Tools class series offers you energy management tools to help you find your space daily so that you can navigate the world with greater ease and awareness. Tools taught include saying hello spirit to spirit, being in the center of your head, grounding and running earth and cosmic energy, protecting your space, finding your neutrality, being a body of glass, and cleaning out your space.
